"BB was born over 2 decades ago and is a very small business. I have made soap for many years, part time. A recent MS diagnosis had me retiring much earlier than expected, so now I tend my passion more fully. My veteran husband helps out mostly as an enthusiastic product tester, but has been known to help wrap and offer name suggestions, such as "Gritty Joe" - his favorite soap. Handrolled Beeswax Candles!
100% pure beeswax honeycomb candles. Care: When burning honeycomb candle tapers, special care is needed as the honeycomb is delicate. They are susceptible to air movement and must be kept in a draft free environment to burn correctly. A white film called "bloom" can cover the candles if unused after some time. Simply take a blow dryer on low and quickly blow back and forth over the candle and the natural bloom will disappear. * don't burn candle all the way down, extinguish when 2 inches of wax remains. * Trim candle wick to 1/4" each time it burns. * Keep away from pets and children. * Keep away from drafts. * Keep 3" away from other lit candles. * Extinguish if it smokes, if flame gets too high, or flickers.
